Dude....this is great!!! I loved the beat and the melody from the first....it caught my ear, pulled me in and wouldn't let go.....all with a killer ending....So, I had to download it too and add to my collection of Hooker Green, that's The Hooker Green! Erik with those lyrics and that melody, it sounds to me as if you are also singing to the lonesome ones out there with a vibe and the feeling that someone understands them. You'd get a nod from ole Hank to keep on with your work and let's play another!!!! Excellent!!!!!!!!

My friend, as always....your vocal tone impresses me with it's unshakable awe and mystery, a great voice resonating so powerfully, the blues! The End Has Just Begun, I love it....ominous and compelling lyrics and welded superbly with a melody, made to order, perfectly expressive of the subject matter......this outright ROCKS & SHINES!!!!! Erik, this is another blues masterpiece of yours that I've gotta download and listen to again & again....It opens with that beaut of a resonator, slowly like a locomotive building steam and with the advent of your awesome vocal and backbeat....it all comes into fruition in a well performed blues classic on the first listen....but I couldn't get enough and listened to again & again!!!! Well done, my friend!!!!! I don't know how you do it, but you always manage to top yourself and leave me hungry for more!!!!!

Mr. Bluesman! That is outstanding blues guitar in a different style that just reaches out and grabs my ears and doesn't let go.......powerful and extraordinary!!! You always amaze me with your great guitar & vocals.....are you sure you're not from blues country, traveling the back roads of Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and all the way up to Chicago, Illinois? So great to hear a tune from you again Eric. Seems like another lifetime ago we were over at the old Mixposure (weren't we?) My memory is gettin' iffy at times...lol. Sounds like you are still doing great music to, as this song proves. I see you haven't logged on in awhile..or posted a new one in over a year. Everytime i hear you sing it reminds me of your old tune "Monday was a Bad Day"...i loved that song. It was the story of my life back then. Hope all is well with you!

Even at first look at the picture for this one, I knew it would be a winner.......and I was right! I love the opening, the lyrics, the melody and the imaginative ending.....this flowed like a good wine!!!! Am I detecting a hint of Dylan in your voice on this one?.....sounds great and it suits the blues so well!!!! You just keep improving my friend and topping yourself each time....I can tell you challenge yourself and now once again, this is another Hooker Green hit!!!!!
