The Good Habits Music Collective
The Good Habits Music Collective is not an easily definable entity. We are a loose collection of musicians that write, play, and record music together in the basements of Belmont. Membership is based on many factors, but mostly whether or not you are in the room while we are playing. Most of us play several different instruments so most of our songs have a variety of arrangements, reflecting who was available at the time. We are a band of friends and equals committed to making music with joy and ungh! Thanks for checking us out.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
It all began in the summer of 2009....
Jacob Dinklage and Chris Albano decided to play some songs Jacob had written. Chris was going to play bass (which he had not done before) and Jacob play guitar and rapped. Then Saul Tobin came along and added his synth stylings to the mix. Soon we had a backyard show that Matt Gallagher's band played at. We said, that dude should play with us... and so he did. Recently we've been playing lots with Matt Leven, a prolific and talented songwriter, as well several other fantastic musicians including: Oscar Suchanek, Jesse Dinklage, and Mica Taliaferro. The collective is constantly expanding and collaboration is the name of the game, so contact us and lets get to it!
