the goodbye celebration started in 2002 under the name "a better way to go". Since then, they have gone through many line up changes, settling on a permanent line up in october of 2003 with the addition of vocalist peter van helvoort(ex-fall semester). The rest of the band consists of bassist, vocalist - justin degraaf, guitarist,vocalist - magic lanzcy, filling out the rythm section is drummer - kyle anderson, and on second guitar - rob o'donovan. The band has become more then just a band, it's a family. With a permanent line up, "the goodbye celebration" is ready to take over the world.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play live a lot, we love to play live, it's what we live for. The only point in playing music is to play live, let the crowd feed off your energy, and vice versa.
