The GlobTrotters
Living in the South has made us bored. We see the same old crap everyday. When I talk to Northern folks on this here internet thingy, they laugh at the South and what goes on down here. I'll tell a story, and they laugh it up, like we're some kinda comedy show or sumpin'. After several of these Northern types suggested we make songs out of all these experiences, we decided 'aight we'll do that.'
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Basically, some yankees on the intronet laughing at my experiences and telling me to put a band together got us motivated. We started playing immediately even tho we didn't know any songs. When you get a bunch of rednecks together and they're all drunk, you can play anything and they'll think its rockin'. So we got that going for us
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play every saturday night at a barn out back at Uncle Elmer's house. All our cuzzins and friend type folks and good ol' boys come out and we drink, play our music, and look at boobies
Your musical influences
Linnerd Skinnerd, Creedance, Hee-haw, Roy Rogers (the guy who took hair from his ass and put it on his head)
What equipment do you use?
a geetar, a bass geetar, a drumset, and a microphone
Anything else?
If you ain't down with this redneck rock, you can, uh well, just listen to the song
