The Electrocult
The Electrocult are a band... created from lightning bolts and canniballistic bats. They travelled a rock and roll rainbow on Harley Davidsons from the stars to deliver the dance/rock hybrid that they live for to the earth population.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band now resides in London Ontario after five years of growth in a small town called Midland - branching out to bigger cities. The band has now lived in London for 2 years.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We've been on a few month hiatus finishing our debut EP which is now just about to get printed and released but it's mostly London and surrounding cities, but we're planning a province wide tour possibly by the release of the full length
What equipment do you use?
Koldar uses a black epiphone and a mic for backup, Amos L uses a white epiphone, a custom-made thunderbird bass and a yamaha synth, Waxboy uses a SHURE SM58 for lead vox and occasionally the thunderbird and keys. We run electronics through an IBM thinkpad using Reason. For programming Waxboy uses a combination of Reason and Pro Tools 6.
