The Disillusions
"The D" is a five-piece band from around Pwllheli. They are possibly the best band the world has ever seen (though it is highly unlikely).
Band/artist history
The band was bought together in late July of 2004 by guitarist Ben Jones, and Bassist Daron Roberts. James Coles was recruited as rhythm guiratist, and Owen Rickards became the drummer for the band.
Throughout the summer of 2004 the band rehearsed intensively towards Rock In Pieces (September 3rd, 2004), and in less than a month managed to produce a set of five of their own songs, with Ben Jones on lead vocals.
In the autumn of 2004 the band recruited Christian Greenwood as a lead vocalist. Christian immediately found his place in the group and came to deliver strong, warm vocals.
