The Country Rehab Clinic
hello, my name is dave, country dave to some. this is my home studio project, i suppose it's a side project from my other band, e.b.l, even though i think the clinic is older, whatever. everything you hear was either recorded on
1) a pirated version of cool edit pro with as many tracks as i damn well please, using a radio shack mic
or
2) recorded using a really bad version of audacity which only let me record with one track, using a radio shack mic.Band/artist history
This basically started when the drummer from my old band left his drum kit at my house, thus giving me the ability to record drums (he was also the guy who gave me the version of cool edit i now use). I suppose i've beening doing this for about two years now, and as i've gone along i've learned some tricks on how to get decent quality out of a radio shack mic going directly in to my computer (who needs mixing boards?).Have you performed in front of an audience?nope, i play some stuff if asked to do like an acoustic performance or something, and i'd like to put a band together some day to play some of this stuff live, but it would probably be a one shot deal.
