The Country Doctors play American Roots Music like they mean it. Originals are featured alongside classic covers of material by Townes Van Zandt, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams and Merle Haggard. Humor and energy are never in short supply.
Band/artist history
The Country Doctors formed in 2003. They play music the old-fashioned way - with their hands! The originals are about the usual stuff: life, love, and mental health care professionals. Classic covers of material by Merle Haggard, Hank Williams, Townes Van Zandt and Johnny Cash round out their high energy live performances, which also feature a generous amount of tongue in cheek humor.
The Docs, as they are affectionately called by friends and fans, are based in Boston and comprised of former members of The Delusions, The Modifiers and Ten Lb. Tongue. They can be heard at better clubs throughout the Northeast region. They are also available for private parties and functions.
April 2004 will see the release of The Country Doctors debut, full length CD on Valiant Records. A Boston-area release party will follow in April.

The song description left me wondering how you were going to pull that one off as we have all suffered with the same sort of nightmares either performing, preparing to perform, or in this case, running the sound- That is tooooo funny when you listen to the song in that context- Its a good song though!
Nice work-
Mind lending your ear to one I've posted and giving your feedback? (Fortunately I didnt have to put up with me during the studio work - come to think of it, my producer may have one posted here I'm not aware of:)
thx-
Chris
