The Cool Mavericks
We started up as a drummer and a guitarist, but now we also have a singer and a bass. The major purposes of playing music are: fun and freeing our thoughts. We are all italian-american, english is our mother language and we sing with it. Geez, music's damn cool....
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We started as a group of friends.
I had a set of drums, and Paul had a guitar.
Giorgia had written some lyrics down.
One day, we mixed our capacities and... there we go!
Then Pietro at the bass came, and we were complete.
That's all... so what?!?
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Sometimes... it depends. I mean, once a month! We play in schools, arenas and theaters, and sure we like it! the only problem for me as a drummer that during the first five minutes my hands always ignite!
