i'm becoming a fan the more i listen. there's a lot you can do with a home studio. but vox and lyrics like yours don't come with a home studio! nice work.

cool intro with the slide lead guitar layer, and the vocals "...oooOH, yeah.." nice/smooth
that bass line and melody of the 1st part of the song sounds like "winni the pooh doesn't know what to do..." you know that old folk song..
and another cool part of your song is the "check it out now...see i pursued as she withdrewed..."that flow is very cool...very paul wrightish..and that "..by the way she tossed her hair.." brings it to a j. mayer/howie day feel...so, its a cool mix you figured into this song...
its good: and it just flows...no real feel of a set: verse/chorus/verse etc. knd of thing, which is refreshing.
sorry bout this lapse of time! i don't have the most reliable equipment (computer/internet...stuff) so..gotta take it as is.

great song. your vox are so good that you could probably get signed just on those merits along. your acoustic guitar sounds solid, clear and crisp. real good harmonies, well placed - all in all a great performance. intelligent lyrics - using words not often heard in songs, and used well. like the word 'ridiculous' right off the bat. looking for new songs! peace---jd
