The Cincinnati Kid

What up doe playaz and playets, the Kid is back and this time round I ain't taken no shorts ya dig. This album is going to be one of the hottest rap albums this era and thats 100% real. Check out some of the cuts before they hit a store near you. To be truly frank I done did the my hand to yo hand transaction and criss crossed the country with two hot jointz before this one and this time round I'm arming my self with more muscle. This album is currently being shopped so that it may be available to the masses not just a couple thousand people scattered across America. Also look up "Born Hustlaz" the group that started it all.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Cincinnati Kid is a young 26-year-old producer/recording artist from Cincinnati, OH. The Kid has a passion for creating flavorful Rap music with a jolt of emotion. The Cincinnati Kid is an excellent storyteller with an 8 Ball like ability to paint a vivid portrait in the listeners mind. The Kid boasts of having 99 different rap styles and displays over 20 of them on his debut album [The Harder They Come]. The Cincinnati Kids greatest musical influence comes from the Geto Boys, 8 Ball & MJG, UGK, Too Short, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre. After several group projects, the year of 2004 marked a new quest for stardom and The Cincinnati Kid began laying down the foundation for his first solo project. He has been mentioned in Cincinnatis rap community as the best producer in Cincinnati. While honored he knows that the country doesnt know that and that he wants to put Cincinnati on the map and gain the respect of a wider audience (just as DJ Hi-Tek has done). The Kid has appeared on 1/2 Pints [Hot Raps Vol. 4] which featured Kanye West, Pitbull, Lil' Jon, Twista, Elephant Man, Jada Kiss, Juvenile, Fat Joe, Jkwon and many others. Mixtape DJs like Houston Train and DJ Fade have also copped some heat from this up and coming rap artist. The Cincinnati Kids new single So Addictive has DJs North, West, East and South and even over in Europe anxiously awaiting the release date.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have performed alot of shows and to me it feels just like game day. It's like everything before that was just prep and now it's showtime. I love to involve the crowd ya dig, by the end of the show I done got a little kid on stage rapping or giving shout outs and a few fine dime brizzles up their shakin it.
Your musical influences
Scarface, Rap-A-Lot, UGK, Ice Cube, Eight Ball & MJG and Dre
What equipment do you use?
I used Korg Tritons and Cubase SX2 for this particular album.
