The Chicks From The Sticks are a Country Duo that love to entertain. With the great sounds of today's country, classic country, classic rock or their own original country-pop songs, The Chicks From The Sticks put together a show that will entertain the audience.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The Chicks From The Sticks struck up a friendship when they met while singing for a Charity Benenfit featuring a local band "Tommy and the Cruisers". This band was made up of very talented local teachers and staff in the school district. These benefits raised thousands of dollars for the music program to buy instruments for students who couldn't afford them. The chicks quickly became friends and started singing together at local events.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have played together for the past 4 years. Performing for local charities, state fairs and private events in our area.
Your musical influences
There have been many influences in our lives. Performers like Patsy Cline and Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill, Martina McBride have had an influence on our writing and song selection.
