Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
This is ya boy King Qaadir and the squad is called The Casino.I put The Casino together last year in Atlantic City and now we got members from New Jersey to Cali.It gets bigger than just Hip Hop cause we got R&B artist as well,so keep ya ears open for new projects from The Casino,Easy!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We got a band that plays live when the situation calls for that but my man Semi-9 makes our beats and we just come up wit the hot joints for the fans to vibe to.
Your musical influences
To be honest,Rakim is the reason I wrote my first song,but Big L played a major role cause in '95'I picked up his CD and he put me on that next year shit,so R.I.P. to my nigga Big-L.
What equipment do you use?
We got the real Pro-Tools in the G-5,not that home starter kit bullshit,plus the MPC,ASR,and the $4000 Triton keyboard.The booth is air tight wit the baby bottle mic and the Sony 700 flip headphones,FYI,we got some high powered equipment for ya ass(feel me).
