the braineaters are a fake four piece basement-aggro-punk-metal band
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Dave Braineater met Stu Braineater (suprisingly not related) at a Chinese cooking class. They discovered Dave sang and Stu played guitar - so they started to jam. They wanted to form a band - but it took a very long time to find a good bassist and drummer - who both had the last name Braineater. But eventually - while hangin' at the rink-o-rama - they met JT Braineater who turned out to be a decent bass player. JT's cousin Brad Braineater played drums in a folk-rock band called The Dirty Hippies - but was easily convinced to quit and join The Braineaters.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
yes - we are the house band in hades - it is much better now that the smoking ban is in place. special moment: one time hitler drank too much paint thinner and puked on satan's new infant-hide boots. that was hilarious.

we like all sounds - vibrating superstrings are the basis of all matter and energy after all
What equipment do you use?
we use lawnmowers, snowblowers, and the occasional circular saw
