The Black Hill Billys
The Billys are a logical progression in The MN Sound. From Dylan to Prince to The Replacements to Billys. Original, eclectic, passionate and precise they have delighted all the best bowling alleys and American Legion Halls in the Metro Twin Cities area with their live shows. While the early recordings still exhibit a DIY philosophy they're planning to upgrade to a sugary pop gloss at their earliest connivence.

We seem to show up in Big Lake a lot. We recall fondly when the big heavily tattooed gentleman lobbed a chair across the bar at us while we played Sweet Caroline at Scooters on HWY 25. Though irksome at the time, it's a story none of us get tired of retelling.
