formed in edinburgh, scotland, the beau-nasties have rapidly become one of the most popular acts in the scottish live music scene. Their debut album, cryptically called '#6674273', reflects their celtic-rock live performances, with original material variously seasoned with skiffle, folk, country, classical and gypsy ingredients
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Bobby Nicholson (guitar & vocals), Eddy Hanson (violin) and Steve Rhind (drums) were all former members of the now defunct band 'The Roods' which split in 2005. Mark Hunter (bass, guitar, vocals) was subsequently recruited to the fold.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
we play live at least 3 times a week, we have residencies in the Old Town area of Edinburgh: Finnegans Wake, Biddy Milligans, Dropkick Murphys and Whistlebinkies. Playing live is the best bit of all!
