Due to their ever-growing disenchantment with the state of music, John Anselmo and Mike Abendschein formed The Apartments; a new wave, Indie, Surf Trio from Eustis Florida. With catchy hooks and unexpected chord arrangements, The Apartments redefine the genres and put a much need spin on todays music with their un-compromised pop sensibility. John Anselmo (vocals/guitar) Mike Abendschein (Bass/vocals) and newest member Sue-Ellen Miller (vocals/percussion) have positioned themselves to cult status by taking Internet radio by storm and paving way for their mainstream assault. Not to be pidgin held to a certain style, The Apartments collaborate heavily with Grey area studios famed producer-engineer Bobby Croft (second guitar/keyboards) and Mashlin drummer Jason Burrows on The Apartments more aggressive tunes. Driven to change no ones mind but only to create, this refreshing group spits out one classic after another. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you The Apartments.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We only play live when the Occasion really presents itself. We are not the type of band to play everywhere just to feel accomplished as a band. We play out when WE feel its necessary. We like the studio just fine.
