Your musical influences
Influences range from The Eagles to Tool, The Cars, Duran Duran, Type O Negative, Metallica, Killswitch Engage, Soilwork, Deftones, Veruca Salt, Ween, Smashing Pumpkins, White Zombie, Lynrd Skynrd, Alice in Chains, Screaming Trees, Tabula Rasa, The Nixons, Cooper Vane, Hank Williams Sr., Johnny Cash, Bob Marley and the Wailers, StompBox, Helmet, Count Basie Orchestra, Stray Cats, Reverand Horton Heat blah blah blah...the list could go on forever... I am into more heavier and serious elements of rock music, however. What equipment do you use?
I use a AM Turion64X2 based laptop running FA Soft's N-track Studio utilizing DbAudioware and Aboretum Systems Hyperprism DirectX mastering plugins. All preamp inputs have now been upgraded to 24k/4800 dual Presonus Firepod for a grand total of 16 mult-tracks.
Most of the earlier stuff on the music page was produced with a P3 based system running far less quality inputs, mics and preamps than I have now and am capable of producing....so alot of stuff as of right now is not representative of the present.
I also utilize various instruments ranging from a 1963 Fender Jazz Bass, Fender Stratocaster and Ludwig Drums. I recently added a Line6 POD 2.0 to my toy collection, so keep an ear out for some rip-roaring guitar stuff.Anything else?
I jam alot and have a few musician collegues I jam with. Some of their stuff I included up here although I may not have necessarily written the song while producing, I credited them all exlusively with the music writing in the song credits/info.
I also tried to include production notes when I could in the song info notes so click on that stuff. I did take the time to write. Do read it.
I am an experienced studio/live musician of 20+ years and if this material really strikes anyone else's rotten core like it has mine, please let me know or leave a message on my board.
I love to hear from and meet new people and musicians all the time.Anoymous Music Explosion

Well well. I've been looking for you! These songs are f*cking awesome. I wish we could play together and really get something started. Oh well. It has been a blast though (with the little time we could spend together). You need to call me when all this stuff ends. I had the funnest time by far with you in the little time we could play together. Good luck! - SeanAll you have to do is keep going. That's the beautiful thing. Remember what's important......of course you care of others, but unless you are fullfilled with your own positive energy....you are useless to others.
Keep the one vibrating.....excellent recordings.........The vocals on Soul Exsanguination are fantastic. I like the harmony. The riff is awesome although the track is too short.
Death Grip is a great track too.
Keep up the good work. All comments (4)
