The Acoustic Stylings of Eric
Hi, my name is Eric Younkin and this is my solo project.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have been playing with myself for quite a while now. And no, I don't mean that in a dirty way, as wrong as it sounds.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I occasionally play for friends or at parties. At least I used to until I started working on ships.
Your musical influences
Rock in all its various forms, folk/americana, some classical music, some electronic music, etc. I mostly stick to bands/artists who can actually play their songs without the help of electronics or some recording wizardry.
What equipment do you use?
I play on an Epiphone acoustic guitar and I record on a little Zoom H2 digital recorder. It's pretty simplistic.
