Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The Talented 10th is shedding light on the Hip Hop community like a rising star. This midwestern based Hip Hop group arrived on the scene in 1998, originating at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. It is here that 9 young men descided to fuse their talents together in order to create a unique and original style of music. With it's members hailing from Chicago all the way to St. Louis, their music contains both the gritty perspective of the Chi as well as the southern philosophies of St. Louis. Their conscious and soulful lyrics distinguishes this group from your everyday hip hop. With the creative genius of Ground Zero producing the tracks, there's no telling how far they will go in the future.
