Melodic, honest, revealing. If you can relate at all to the feeling underneath the lyrics, then I've done my job.Band/artist history
I've been writing for as long as I can remember (I'm 22), but picked up a guitar for the first time in 2001 and decided to bring life to my words. With the support and expertise of friend/mentor Jose Gomez, I recorded my first demo in June of 2004, entitled "Friday Morning." I'm looking forward to recording new songs and as always, meeting new musicians.Your musical influences
So many to name...Well, Rochester-based band Junction Five have had a huge influence on me musically. I've also been a long time fan of Canadian bands Our Lady Peace and The Tea Party, and I've become rather attached to their lyrical style. I also love Thornley, Big Wreck, Brand New, Straylight Run, Fiona Apple, Jewel, Audioslave, Gin Blossoms, Howie Day, Avril Lavigne, Get Up Kids, Sunny Day Real Estate, and Dido. What equipment do you use?
I have a Dean acoustic and Fender Telecaster.Anything else?
To all who have contributed to the making of my cd, by producing/playing, giving feedback, or even being the muse: Thank You!!!

I like the tunes. Need more ! I'm a long Island artist also and it's good to hear others.I like that you did this between 2 people and it came out pretty good. The mix thing is a little lite. When you break it down to an mp3 use the 128 setting and get a copy of sound forge to master a bassier mix for mp3's. Good luck and press on.
