Band/artist history
Terence Sings the Hits first started in 2001 with the smash release of the "Tonight" single, a song kenny wrote about a murdered schoolmate. Slowly coming into their own in the singersongwriter circuit, Kenny Reichel and Terence Longfellow write songs based on late nights, early mornings, sore throats, broken hearts, expectant hearts filled with love, death, desire, innocence, lust, and anything else you can shake a stick at. Just kids trying to sort it all out.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We play live wherever we can, of course we like it. the special moments are when the dude, you know, the 'bro' in the back keeps yelling "Freebird!" at you. cause that bros frat brahs think hes wicked funny.
Your musical influences
Jeff Tweedy, Elliott Smith, Kevin Devine, Bright Eyes, Tom Rush, Tim Kasher, Elvis Costello
What equipment do you use?
anything lying around, we've been known to record with: guitars, basses, melodicas, harmonicas, banging on pots and pans, violins, and anything else laying around that makes noises.
