Tequila started rapping at the tender age of 13. Her formative years were spent in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whereby she became acclimated to the rap game. Born in Berkeley California and raised in Oakland, she made her singing debut in her fathers church (37th Street Baptist) where she hosted her own childrens TV talk-show on public access TV. With the success of her TV show and guest appearances in front of large church gatherings she honed her entertainment skills which created huge commotion.
