Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Templeton is a MC/rapper/producer as well as a musician with backgrounds in many different styles of music. His style is very diverse. He has a very marketable talent, and his subect material ranges from concious to commercial, Hip-hop to Reggae.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Hoefully I'll be performing this summer (04), with the rest of my Phanatic Records Family, as well as touring with Mastermind Records at various stops.
Your musical influences
Early on I was influenced musically by Bob Marley, Tupac, Sade, Bounty Killer, Merciless,Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Eddy Grant, Slick Rick, L.L. Cool J, Nice and Smooth, Eric B. and Rakim, Prince, and many more. More recently T.I., Lil Jon and Eastside Boys, Jay-Z, Nas, Ludacris, Kanye West, Timbaland, Neptunes, 8- Ball, MJG, Pastor Troy, UGK, Devin the Dude, and Scarface, Mos Def, Jadakiss, Wu Tang and more.

I'm part on an Independent Record Label based out of South Carolina, Phanatic Records. My current single, and video "The Secret" (remix) is being serviced to radio, and video channels now. It will also be featured on the "The Take Over" Mastermind Compilation Volume #2(March 23) distributed by EMI Music Distribution. Featuring Pastor Troy, Cash, Country Boyz, Miss Flawless and more.
