Ted is a well-rounded singer/songwriter with an exceptional talent for writing moving, inspiring songs that captivate the listener's imagination with dance rhythm and melodies and drive people to the dance floor. Ted E. is a former member of the world-famous Platters. He has worked with the group from the mid 80's to early 90's after which he embarked on a solo career which led him to Asia where he lived and worked in Japan for 10 years. He released his first CD, "Cool &Sexy" in 2000. While in Japan he opened shows for artists such as COKO (of S.W.V.), The COMMODORES, JOCELYN BROWN, and others.
