I was born in the Appalachian Mountains of Maine in the small town of Weld. Home of Web Lake & Mount Blue State Park. I grew up with my father and relatives playing Bluegrass and Country music. As a youngster and teenager I spent my weekends playing gig's with my father
and the Midnight Ramblers. I taught myself to play the guitar at the age of 14 and started writing music shortly there after. I consider it a great honor to have opened the stage for Tammy Wynette at the age of 16 in a Farmington, Maine County Fair Concert.
Today we live in Northern California; are a 3 year member of Hillbilly Culture LLC in Nashville TN, 14 year member of BMI, the California Bluegrass Association and a 3 year member of the CSOTFA, District 1 Old Time Fiddlers in Oroville California. For 10 years we have play lead guitar for the Christian Faith Center Worship Team 7695 Melvina Ave, Palermo, CA. For the third year running we have promoted, MC'd and provided entertainment for the Palermo Community Council Annual Field Days event. In 2014 we performed and provided sound reinforcement for CSOTFA, District 1 Old Time Fiddlers Gospel Jam, Durham, Ca. Park & Recreation Walk for Life, Butte County Caring for Women Cancer Walkathon and the Butte County's Rice Growers Convention and numerous other Fiddle Sponsored event. For the third year running we have performed at the Oroville Annual Salmon Festival. This past year has been a great year and we look forward to 2015.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes, I do some live shows. Mainly in my home area of Northern California. I like performing my music for the public. It can be tough at times, you never know how the crowd will react to your original songs. Particularly when they have never heard the song before. Generally the first couple of time you don't hear much about it then people start talking to my wife and friends about the songs and how proud they must be of me.

Primarily I play a Fender Blackout Telecaster Guitar, Boss ME-50 affect pedal, Fender Frontman 12R 100 watt amp or a Marshall M80R CD amp. Acoustically I play a Breedlove Atlas Series Solo D350/CM with LR Baggs Stage Pro Element electronics. We also promote Backporch guitars. Our sound equipment endorses Tascam I/O interfaces, Alisis compression and reverb, Crown XL power amps, Stewart Audio power amps, DBX 266XL compression and Driverack PX system analyzers, Live wire power conditioners, Furman Power conditioners, Odyssey ATA cases, Road Warrior ATA cases, Carvin wireless monitor system, Sure SE215 Earbuds, EV Enforcer 15 mains, Kustom Speakers, Bheringer speakers, Audio Technical microphones, and Cakewalk Sonar X3 studio software.Country
