Team ClasSick
ClasSick Productions is a Los Angeles based team of MCs and producers whose music reflects upon a diverse range of topics with absolute honesty and integrity. Hailing from diverse backgrounds and different walks of life, each member of the ClasSick Productions crew depicts the realism of life growing up in different regions in the city of Los Angeles. ClasSick's music is not created for the top of the charts, but to connect with listeners on a personal level. It is a counter movement against the rigid, monotnous scene that plagues modern Hip-Hop.
The seed that became ClasSick Productions was planted when MC R-Sun and producer enzo.tanaka met their freshmen year at UCLA in 2003. The next year, together with R-Sun's childhood friend and fellow MC HisPanik, the three talents officially formed ClasSick Productions. Focusing on artistic, but truthful, expression, ClasSick Productions walks the fine line between producing music that appeals to the public while not selling out to the commercial norm that inundates rap music today. Our roster includes MC’s R-Sun, Spotlight, solraC, HisPanik, KilloMic, Nemesis, Enterprise and Gravity. The diverse array of personalities present in our roster allows for a variety in the music that hasn�t been heard since the early stages of hip hop, blending old school with new, while covering, though not catering to, different fan bases along the way.
