OSC#77 - Charlatan 2 (One Synth Challenge on KVR forums) This is the 3rd OSC I participate in and it inspires me to improve my mixing more and more. All sounds are created with the free vst "Charlatan 2".
Experiments with various drumkits and gritty soundscapes. I figure "rock" or progressive rock comes closest to it, if it was to fit any genre?!

I can't help but glide over landscapes, dive into a somewhat futuristic city, dance with a huge walking crowd and fling back up above it all in my mind, when I listen to it again, but well... it's another one, whose genre I can't define properly...
Silly simple little funk/jazz thing, I guess. Kinda sad, too.
Cut short by the current limit of my sequencer and my wasteful use of memory, this is a bit of a compromise of what might've wanted to become a symphonic piece. But I still enjoyed making it a great deal.
Such great fun with Kontakt's Session Strings. Then it just felt kinda like a cute spacey song...hence it's Timi goin' up. :o)
