We are Talon a trio Rock band from the Canton.Ohio area!!

Talon was formed in 1990, Ron who was in bands before got the bright idea to start a band, so he recruited his brother in law Troy to play bass.
Those two tried out a couple drummers til they met Scott ,a young kid
basically just starting out with drums.They played awhile and realized they couldnt go very far if nobody was singing the songs , so they put an ad in the paper for a singer, a young guy named Jay answered the ad. we were set, or so we thought, shortly after that Scott quit , wanted to move on so we found Dave...and Talon was born, we played some shows and here and there and started to get known then Dave wanted to move on...
Thats when we met Mick a hard rockin drummer in ever since of the word...Just when we thought it was going smooth Jay our singer wanted to move on and do his own thing, LOL it wasnt real smooth we tried a few singers and wasnt looking good til we met Larry, there again we started playing out in the bar scene getting well known and would you know it Larry wanted to move on... By then we were booked and sorta well known in the area and we had no singer...Ron wanted to keep looking , but Troy had the bright idea to sing themselves one less guy and, but Ron wouldnt have it so...we started looking.
We had a couple tunes we sang ourselves when we were playing with the other two singers, so we would play them to try singers out...Well i will never forget the day, we had a guy trying out and we went through a couple tunes we knew ourselves with us singing and the singer looked at us and said why do you guys need a singer, well i just looked at Ron and he said, you know we dont.
And thats how the three Members you see here got our start, we kinda look at it as a rebirth and the true day that TaLoN began..
We rocked this city all over playing the bars, every other weekend , playing New Year's eve shows and we came to a grinding halt.
Ron wanted to move his family to a better place for them and his piece of mind, cant really blame someone for wanting a better life for his family..But TaLoN suffered, it was the sad end to a great run.
Its Seven years later and we are back!!! the same three members that made the TaLoN name what it is and we are ready to rock again!!!
