Expired License consists of two emcees born and raised in Bellingham, WA. They were childhood friends, went their own ways, and eventually their love of hip hop reunited them. Tactics and FE are the two members of Expired License. They are also part of a bigger movement "The Greenline Dynasty." The aim with this is like a Wu-Tang or Swishahouse type thing, we're forming a crew of emcees and producers. This is our current roster... Tactics is an emcee's emcee, he can lay down any style you want, fast, slow, any kind of harmony. He is also a producer. His specialty in Hip Hop is covering the more personal side of the tracks. FE aka Full Effect aka Ben Franklin is an emcee of many styles. He's the guy people just enjoy listening to cuz he raps about fun shit. He has an amazing delivery and flow. Also he is well recognized for his freestyle capability. Also takes part in producing...he's an amazing composer too.
