What is System 6?
Your A-Z Rock and Metal guitar works. It is a collection of Heavy Metal Riffs. Simple single and double kick drumming. Mixed with the odd, varied time signature, jazzy off beat metronome beats. Rock (rolling/drivin') music. Layered guitars, harmonies, and solo work. Slow Rock, and Rock ballads.
It is the system.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
This being ironically, just me, a one man band. Me. my guitars, and an occasional simplistic piano part or two, and my mini recording box. Dum machine included.
I had just been wanting to create my own. I am getting quite bored with music, as a whole, and thought that i could make what I want, and how I would like it to be.
Your musical influences
Metallica is my number one influence. I like so many guitar plyers though. Satriani, George Lynch, Randy Rhodes, Dave Mustaine.
I like so many songs of different genres. But even in creating a blues song like Blue Mind, that I have. Metal always creeps in.
What equipment do you use?
I use Gibson, Jackson, and Esp(Ltd) Guitars.
ADA MP-2 Preamp.
I have been working with the newer Boss GT-6 lately.
Peavey Bandit Special 112 Amp.
Dunlop Cry Baby Wah pedal.
Shure SM-57 Mic.
