Hope you have some earplugs handy, we are Symphony for the Deaf. Fuzzed out blues stomping music in a very driving, old school manner. Simplicity is the key - just a few chords and words held together with a chain gang like beat.
Our band consists of:
Joel Wikstrom on Guitar/ Attempted vocals / SR16 / Bass Drum
Luke James on drums.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
No live dates as of yet, but there are plans to start gigging around the West Midlands area if some venues can be found.
Your musical influences
Hard driving, aggressive blues, rock and early metal. Players like John Lee Hooker, RL Burnside, Cedell Davis, Junior Kimbrough, Black Keys, White Stripes, Blue Cheer, Electric Wizard, Black Sabbath etc...
What equipment do you use?
As of now its 3 heavily modded guitars into a few pedals into a few different amps, a kids size bass drum from a cheap starter kit and an Alesis SR16 drum machine.
Anything else?
