Syconaut
Syconaut was formed as a band in Skövde, Sweden the summer of '99 by the consistent taste for music.
The very first demo known as 'MARCH OF A NEW DIVISION' was recorded between December 2000 - January 2001. Copies were sent out to all kind of metal labels, P3 Demo (Swedish national radio were 'God I Create' was played), metal magazines and miscellaneous music sites on the internet and got a very good response.
After som live apperances and line-up changes our concentration became to make our songs more aggresive and dynamical than the previous ones. That sums up our effort in the 2002 demo entitled 'SHREDLUST'.
Now... a long road has been travelled since the last demo. A change of vocalist, a change of attitude, a change to a new sound that explains why this bands name starts with "SYCO". The new demo "Geodesic", containing five brand new songs, recorded in the winter of 2003 is truly our march to a new division. We hope you dig it!
