one girl band, my musicians are yet coming and going, we have just started , the official release of my first album "vuelta en u" ("u turn") is about to happen on the 16 of november at VOCE discoteque between petit thouars and risso here in Lima, there we will play live all of the album for the fans delight..see you there!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
After almost a year of work, Suzana finally has made it with her first music material as a solo singer Vuelta en U (u turn) and will be available for sale from September the 15th in the best cd music shops in Lima.
Suzana Zimmermann started as lead singer in the band Constanza (2005) its only now in the year 2007 that she finally makes a dream come true releasing her first production Vuelta en U. This, her first Cd includes 10 songs within the pop rock style (4 of them are written by Suzana )
Within the songs that we can hear in this first production there is : Encanto(Haunt), Sola y sin Equipaje(Alone and Without Luggage), Ausencia(Absence), Piensa en Mi(Think About Me), De Amor y Dolor (Of Love and Hate) No Me Ves(You Dont See Me), Libre(Free), Oz and Vuelta en U (U Turn)
We also have to mention that with only 5 years in the music industry, she has have plenty different experiences in the musical World. Starting her singing lesson over 20 years ago and being a composer since childhood.

Im sure that my relation with music started at childhood, Ive always seen myself singing.
The best way to practise, singing and having fun with music was singing at home playing my mother records, learning the songs lyrics and putting up big shows for my whole family.
I remember always being standing in front of anyone pretending to be the musical artist of the season, imitating it, obviously when I felt comfortable with my audience
I grew up with music like Heroes del Silencio, Duncan Dhu, El Ultimo de la Fila, one of my favorites female artists was Olivia Newton John, nowadays some of my favourite bands are Evanescence, Coldplay, Keane, U2... I guess I must have been around 7 or 8 years old when I decided i wanted to be a singer.
I started this proyect because i felt the need to make something for me. It is now after so many years that i made the choice to get involved to the fullest with the world of music, making my own themes enabling me to bring you "VUELTA EN "("U Turn") so enjoy...
The cd is already available in all of the peruvian local music stores and the official launch will be done on November 16 in Voce Discoteque Petit Thouars
