Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've produced tracks on the #2 Hip Hop Demo for 2003 for Music Connection Magazine. In the past mainly did tracks for local acts. I had a track I produced played on 106& Park and Rap City for Urban Works Entertainment. I worked with some major producers and artists in the game when I was at 916 Music in Los Angeles.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not really I produce at the crib. Special moment was working with DJ Quik and becoming a part of a team at a major studio.
Your musical influences
Dr. Dre, Pete Rock, RZA, Timbaland, Just Blaze, Neptunes, Teddy Riley, DJ Quik, Rodney Jerkins . Pretty much any hot producer that puts it down.
What equipment do you use?
MPC, Nuendo, Reason, M-Audio Interface, Axiom 61 midi controller.
Anything else?
My beats are real and hit you hard. I sample some, but most of my stuff is all keys all original.
