I agree with the last review and the first review. This does not sound like grunge at all, though the music is pretty stable. I also feel that the music really is lacking when it comes to heart and passion. You guys have the potential to be a great band, for the lyrics are cool and the musicianship is strong. The only link to grunge I hear is that the vocalist is trying to sound like Cobain, especially when he kind of growls/mutters/trails off by saying "last summer" at the end of "visceral." It reminded me of "rape be" and turned me off to the tune quite a bit. I also agree that puddle of mud was oozing out of this track. When someone makes a claim that the vocalists growls may only be rivaled by the likes of Cobain and Vedder, I expect a lot and most times, I will be let down. I was let down here, for that is quite a claim and the vocals did not live up to either Nirvana or Pearl Jam, the great bands of the 90's. You're barking up the right tree, I just think you need to work on that bark. Or maybe you need to add some bite. Even with all the great influences listed all I could hear was a Puddle of Mudd knock off pretending to be grunge. Where's the heart? Where's the soul? I sincerely hope you guys aren't our only hope for fighting the status quo of the music industry as we know it. The name is great, your mantra about the name is right on, but by the time I got through your third song I could have called you guys 'NSYNC. Parade was a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel, I like the lyrics, song is interesting the first time through... but yeah, third time is not the charm when all you're doing is repeating that one minute song three times. Take the power back, rock the f*** on, and find your roots guys. Keep up the tight sound though, and I hope the fans treat you well. I'm sure you guys will love corporate-run radio once you're on it. When I heard this song, I could see spiderman way up high the music playing in the back ground. It has so much feeling the singer really puts it across. What a voice gives you chills.

You guys Rock, although your song really isn't grunge. It's more main stream alternative. I listened to your other stuff- it's pretty cool but I think if you guys put another grunge song out make sure it sounds grungE.
