Lease Terms:
For each track purchased for lease you will be granted a non-commercial usage license. You may use the track for any non-commercial, non-profitable usage (i.e. Soundclick, Mix tapes, Demos, Live Shows..etc). If you decide you want to use the track for a profitable cause, you must contact Substratum Sounds to obtain an exclusive agreement!
Your license is non-transferable!
I will retain the right to sell multiple leases on the same track until an exclusive license has been sold.
I will send you the track as a high quality MP3 with no watermarks (Exclusive tracks can be sent tracked out as waves or as a studio ready PROTOOLS file).
