SLH consists of J.Soul the Archetype (myself), and my bruva from anuva muva, Concep. We're here in hopes to inspire you and yours through our music. It all comes from the soul, and it all emmanates positivity... i hope you enjoy.

Been puttin it down for 5 years now.... (stay tuned for a detailed biography!)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
As soon as we finish up the full length, we have some tentative dates lined up to promote the album here in Colorado. I'll keep you posted.

Your musical influences
Everyone from John Coltrane and Charlie Mingus to Pete Rock and Fat Jon. From Ella Fitzgerald and Van Morrison to Roy Hargrove and The Roots. From J-Live all the way back to Miles Davis... you get the idea. We keep it jazzy like that!
What equipment do you use?
MPC2000XL, Behringer Eurorack MX 602A, MXL 990 Condensor mic.... and whatever instruments we can get our hands on.
