This is a collection of recorded improvisations from various collaborators from the internet or from portland or near portland oregon. All the collaborators are dear friends and good close people in my life. I'm mainly the head of the whole thing, trying to spearhead every aspect of my creative juices, however this is not a band. Sub-Sic, because it's a looseknit collection of musicians who're all friends of mine, it has no real stable configuration, it's sound changes every show dramatically, it's never the same show twice, and no one ever knows what to expect, one show could be a death metal show with crazy drummers and sitar players, the next could be a polka show with clowns and fire dancers with a banjo player hanging from the ceiling. Sub-Sic changes with the weather and the seasons and the concepts.Have you performed in front of an audience?We used to play live, but I'm in portland oregon, and he's in oshkosh wisconsin, and all the collaborators involved in the past with sub-sic are just as dear friends as Benjamin Warnke, however, no, sub-sic doesn't play anymore, for it had represented sickness of the mind, and it's aspects to playing were too loosely coordinated to have any real body that's worthy of stageplay, however we did it anyway, like I said, it has no real meaning other than just to vent it all out and record what happened.

I really like "I am alive again", and all your sitar stuff. It sounds really raw (in a good way, like jimi hendrix raw). do play the right-handed sitar with your left? anyways, i hope you add some more sitar songs, they're great.
