VIAGEM means "voyage" in Brazilian. The music of VIAGEM is indeed a voyage across countries and continents, courtesy of World Jazz Airlines.
The title of the album "Terra" means "earth", in hommage to mother earth and the bounty of cultures and civilizations it hosts.
Swiss bass player, composer and music director Julien Gahwiler assembled a large selection world-class musicians to complete this project, which after the initial debut album now continues through a recording contract with Contrasto Records.
