Story behind the song
I actually wrote the main of this song in 1978 on piano at age 16...never recorded it anywhere. I was going to introduce to my band Innernational Man in 1982 and I added the "standing by" section but we never got to it. I resurrected it working with Jerod Stutsman in 2008 finally committing it to recorded history in Jerod's little basement studio--quick and dirty.
