Through the hard times, through the struggles, this African American male has overcome many obstacles and milestones throughout his life. Although he is only 19, he has risen above many troubles, and shows his self through his writings and actions. When you've been through this much, you can see how someone of his age and character could write and deliver his words deeper than a backyard well. Jerome C. Anderson, who goes by the moniker, Black Noize, was born right in the heart and soul of Nashville, TN, and grew up in one of the most difficult of places, Jo Johnston Projects. The projects were hard, and as a young boy, he had to fend for his self many times, along with his older sister Brittany. They became involved in musical programs in there schooling, and music was a way out of negativity. They had to be strong, and as they grew older, moving another two times, once to Valley Brook Townhomes, and a last move to where he now calls home in North Nashville, they continued to express themselves through music, writing, and their souls. Black Noize faced many issues and problems while growing up, but that didn't stop him from continuing to pursue his musical talent. We all make our mistakes, and while he made a good amount of them, he learned from them and now continues to be positive, and express to others what not to do in life. For the future, Black Noize plans on making his dreams come true; starting his own record label, T.I.M.E.L.S. (Pronounced Timeless), excelling with the label that he's a part of, SoundMind Productions, and sharing his talent of music and writing for those who will listen and are willing to learn. Having a dream is one thing... Making it happen is another, and this is one young man who has a bright future ahead of him.
