Story behind the song
This is a song that I wrote a week or so after leaving my girlfriend to go home to Long Island back in December of '07. I missed her so much... I played everything, wrote everything and sang it. The outro solo was originally done on a crappy keyboard and it sounded bad...just bad. So I redid it on an upright piano and it still wasn't great, so I just reverted to doing it as a guitar solo and I think it sounds awesome now.
