Story behind the song
An '88 Olds and a guy and his girl.
Lyrics
Hey hey little girl, Come and look at what I got. I got a Olds '88 With a convertible top. There's a seat on the right, That I'm saving just for you, And if you'll come along, This is what I'm gonna do. (Chorus) Take you to a drive-in, See a swingin' show, Steal a kiss, When the lights are low. Hey hey little girl, Now don't that sound like fun? And fun I'll guarantee, If you'll let me be the one. Hey hey little girl, There's a full moon out tonight. And if you wish upon a star, Our love will be all right. (Repeat chorus)
