Story behind the song

Let some of these stupid motherf*ckers from Seabackwoods travel to the midwest wearing red with their little ballcaps twisted to the right. These pathetic morons are clueless and the only reason they're sleepless is from all the meth they eat, snort, slam in their veins and shove up their asses.
