The Offs were a punk rock band from Eugene, Oregon which existed from 1995-2001. They were heavily influenced by the Ramones, and were a mix of simple three chord melodic punk, with some snotty hardcore thrown in for good measure. The band lasted far longer than it probably should have. The band was comprised of: Ryan Off on Guitar & Vocals. James "the Juke Box Hero" on bass and Steve Zorn on Drums. Other members included, Tim Brown on Drums (1995), Dusty Watson on Drums (various years), and Scott on Drums (1999, 2000). Irritation on Guitar and backing vocals (1995, 1998-2000).
