Story behind the song
Everybody is different... Different beliefs, different practices, with different perceptions of life itself. FUCK THAT! We are nothing but the same. Perception is what keeps us divided. Perceive this... A group of people who celebrate holidays in contemplation of life, and how they are lucky to be living. A celebration of the company that they keep (friends&family)A festive affair with lights, decor, and food fit for a king. Now what religion are They???? It doesn't matter. We all celebrate the same things, but with different flavors. Putting a GOD in front of it is just decoration. The world in which we live and the people in it are the reason we celebrate. We are still here, we have persevered, we love our friends, we love our family, and we love our heritage. But more importantly we love life and all look to the future with goals and dreams. Giving a GOD credit for all you do is your choice, but don't let your GOD's morals disrupt a world that WE have created. We are just human, and we all just need to remember that everyone of us are the root word of HUMANe. So when someone is different and doesn't do things "your" way, celebrate "your way", eat "your" way, or pray your way... Don't focus on who they're thanking, but what they're thankful for. I guarantee you'll find that you have a lot in common with this different individual. ONElove, ONElife, ONEearth... ONE.
