With sampling soundclick says you need to own the copyright of your works/songs so technically the answer would be no, but as far as I understand the copyright laws are slightly different here in Australia, so far I've only had 1 issue with samples (a long time ago) and it was due to me using a vocal sample of a very, very well known artist and it was pretty much just a bar or 2 of a song looped without any altering or added composition so once I was told about the "infringement" I removed the song.
