Stepped off the metro / And I was amazed
The city was incredible / Never seen such beauty in one place
Took the train to Budapest / To meet my friends
Then we went to Poland / Where many met a bitter end
That’s when I saw her on the train
Knew my life would never be the same
Forever young I cannot stay
Knew I’d remember her some day
Came back to Paris / And she met us at the station
Drank wine in the Latin Quarter / And imaginations
She said / You’re sleeping with me tonight
The others are in hall / By the firelight
It was one hell of a night
A drunken stupor of a night
Inhibitions out the door
Wine bottles on the floor
