First and foremost, I give all the glory and honor to the Lord who made this whole thing possible. Since childhood, I've always dreamed to do something for the Lord through music. Then I met my husband Michael, who happens to be a musician and writes songs, I really believe it was guided by the Holy Spirit and I couldn't be happier to have it finally come true.Band/artist history
This is really my first band.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes. I play live... Usually in churches. Special moment? It has to be when my song touches people and inspires them in a very special way.
Your musical influences
We're more into classical, folk, progressive rock. It's a little taste of everything, I think.
The Carpenters, Jaci Velasquez, kathy Troccoli, Twila Paris.What equipment do you use?
We use a Yamaha Motif XS8 and S90, Roland and Moog synths, and Hammond organ. I use the Neumann U87 and B.L.U.E. baby bottle mics in the studio .Anything else?
When I was little, I had always loved listening to The Carpenters and Anne Murray music. I love ballads and melodic tunes, but when I met Mike, I became a fan of progressive and classical music, so I think our music blends together in a very interesting way...

MacDeacon... Depends on the song you listen to... Many songs from their first album, Show Me the Way, would be considered rock/prog rock. A few songs from their Transparent CD would also be considered prog, but maybe more on the orchestral side.
Very inspirational! I wouldn't categorize it as Christian Rock, though. You might want to change the genre to Pop and subgenre to Christian Contemporary. :O)
